The location is more than good: The metro station is just a five-minute walk away, the train station, public transportation, shopping arcades and, most importantly, the city's famous attractions.

The hotel is situated in a historical building with stunning architecture on a central city street. It is hard to find a more conveniently located hotel. The suites and other hotel spaces have signature Petersburg high ceiling and large windows. The ceiling height reaches 3.5 meters making the suites especially spacious and well-lit. The hotel will contain 36 suites within its 858.4 m2.

The interior of the hotel is made in loft style with predominance of dark colors. The accent is made on the game of contrasts of natural bricks and soft headboards. This is a real modern loft. Competent zoning of light makes the apartments comfortable to stay both day and night.

In the photo below, we can see a hashtag-shaped wall lamp. It has its own idea as well: these days, almost any address to the masses starts with a hashtag sign. Indirectly, it can mean the freedom of will and self-expression.

The suites with a higher level of comfort have a spacious bathtub, while the bathroom itself is separated from the suite space with a transparent screen which has been very popular lately. In the photo below, we see two conceptually different stylistic and color solutions: the toilet on the left has a calm pastel palette, while the toilet on the right excels with quite a brutal style and has a vibrant contrasting ceiling.
